2. What data we collect and why
We collect personal data only when it is necessary to provide our services or respond to your enquiries.
Enquiries and contact forms
When you contact us, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message. We use this to respond to your enquiry. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
Taster lesson booking
When you book a taster lesson via Cal.com, we collect your name and email address to confirm and manage the booking. Legal basis: contract performance. Cal.com acts as a data processor on our behalf — see their privacy policy at cal.com/privacy.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details. Stripe collects and processes payment data under their own privacy policy, available at stripe.com/gb/privacy. Legal basis: contract performance.
Students who are under 18
Where a student is under 18, we require a parent or guardian to provide consent and to be the primary contact for lesson arrangements. We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children under 13 without verified parental consent.

We do not use your data for marketing without your explicit consent, and we do not sell your data to any third party.
4. How long we keep your data
We retain contact and booking data for as long as you are an active student or enquirer, and for a reasonable period afterwards (typically up to 3 years) in case of follow-up queries.
Payment records are retained for 7 years to meet HMRC requirements.
5. Sharing your data
We share your data only with the third-party processors listed above (Stripe, Cal.com) and only to the extent necessary to deliver our services. We do not share your data with any other third parties.
These processors are contractually required to protect your data and may only process it on our instructions.

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
